Kentucky High School Basketball - Montgomery County tipped by Rowan County

The Rowan County Vikings basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Montgomery County Indians to 55 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vikings now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menifee County for a District 61 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Rowan County will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 57-55 non-league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-10.

The Indians (10-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 11-7 record.
