The Southwood Cowboys tipped the visiting Ouachita Parish Lions basketball team by a final score of 41-36 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cowboys face the Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA) in a 5A District 1 game, on Tuesday, January 24. Southwood will attempt to move on its 15-9 season record.
