The Vandalia Vandals basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Sesser-Valier Red Devils to 42 in the Vandals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Vandals now sport a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central A & M for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24.

The Red Devils (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Trico (Campbell Hill, IL). The Pioneers enter the Black Diamond - West contest with a 3-19 record.
