With the win, Winston-Salem Christian National upgrades its record to 25-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Hamilton Heights Christian Academy (Chattanooga, TN) to play the Hawks in a Freelance bout on Sunday, January 22. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 8-9. Hamilton Heights Christian Academy won 86-79 in their recent non-league bout against Wesley Christian (Allen, KY)

Next up, the play the Ignite Athletics Flames (Hurricane, WV) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 289-872 season record. The Flames go into the bout with a 1-14 record after their 69-22 non-league loss to Parkersburg Christian (Parkersburg, WV).
