The Banneker Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Bard Falcons to 10 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host McKinley Tech for a DCSAA contest on Monday, January 23. Banneker will battle a Trainers team coming off a 70-52 non-league win over KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC). The Trainers record now stands at 10-6.

The Falcons (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against School Without Walls (Washington, DC). The Penguins enter the DCSAA contest with a 5-2 record.
