The David Emanuel Academy Eagles basketball team (Stillmore, GA), was overwhelmed 50-15 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Pinewood Christian Patriots (Bellville, GA)
The Patriots now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bulloch Academy for a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Pinewood Christian will battle a Gators team coming off a 64-36 league win over Frederica Academy (St. Simons Island, GA). The Gators record now stands at 14-6.
The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Crisp Academy (Cordele, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Crisp Academy triumphed over St. George's (Milner, GA), 42-31, in a non-league contest.
