The Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH) basketball crushed the host Fairless Falcons (Navarre, OH), 45-22 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mohawks (5-11) will now prepare for their test against South Webster (South Webster, OH). The Jeeps go into the Southern Ohio II test with a 10-9 record. In their last test, South Webster was trounced by Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH), 74-54, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hillsdale for a non-league test on Monday, January 23. Fairless will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 40-28 league loss to Dalton (Dalton, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 4-10.
