Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA) and the visiting Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA), saw Maplewood's basketball squad wallop Fort LeBoeuf by a tally of 61-27.

With the victory, Maplewood improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Youngsville (Youngsville, PA) to confront the Eagles in a District 10 Region 2 challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-9. Youngsville lost 49-30 in their recent league challenge against Cochranton (Cochranton, PA)

Next up, the Bison confront the Harbor Creek Huskies (Harborcreek, PA) in a District 10 Region 7 challenge, on Monday, January 23. Fort LeBoeuf will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 63-14 league loss to Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA).
