Gilmour Academy Lancers (Gates Mills, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH), 58-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Gilmour Academy upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Lancers host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 3-11. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin lost 66-57 in their recent non-league bout against Chardon (Chardon, OH)

Next up, the Trojans play the Cuyahoga Heights Red Wolves (Cleveland, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Red Wolves come into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 54-24 non-league win over Andrews Osborne Academy (Willoughby, OH).
