The Hettinger/Scranton Black Devils basketball team (Hettinger, ND), was nudged 39-36 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Hazen Bison (Hazen, ND)
The Bison now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beulah for a B Region 7 battle on Monday, January 23. Hazen will confront a Miners team coming off a 64-38 league win over Beach (Beach, ND). The Miners record now stands at 5-3.
The Black Devils (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Beach (Beach, ND). The Buccaneers come into the B Region 7 battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Beach was nudged by Beulah (Beulah, ND), 64-38, in a league battle.
