The Kutztown Cougars basketball team (Kutztown, PA), dropped 43-28 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Palisades Pirates (Kintnersville, PA)
The Pirates now possess a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilson Area for a Colonial - East battle on Tuesday, January 24. Palisades will battle a Warriors team coming off a 49-24 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.
The Cougars (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Brandywine Heights Area (Topton, PA). The Bullets come into the Berks County 4 battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Brandywine Heights Area beat Pine Grove (Pine Grove, PA), 36-30, in a non-league battle.
