In Saturday's non-league outing, the North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) basketball squad edged the host Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA), by a margin of 46-39.

The Spartans (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Panther Valley (Lansford, PA). The Panthers go into the Schuylkill County 1 outing with a 9-8 record.

The Konkrete Kids now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Emmaus for a Eastern Pennsylvania - Skyline outing on Tuesday, January 24. Northampton will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 43-37 non-league loss to Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 7-6.
