The V.R. Eaton Eagles soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Clear Springs Chargers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

Next, the Eagles face the Keller Indians (Keller, TX) in a 6A Region 1 District 4 contest, on Tuesday, January 24. V.R. Eaton will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 8-0 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Steele (Cibolo, TX).

The Chargers now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dickinson for a 6A Region 3 District 24 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Clear Springs will face a Gators team coming off a 0-0 non-league Shadow Creek (Pearland, TX). The Gators record now stands at 4-3.
