In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Harker Heights Knights soccer squad scored a close 5-1 triumph over the Lampasas Badgers.
The Knights (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Weiss (Pflugerville, TX). The Wolves come into the 6A Region 2 District 12 battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Weiss Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX), 2-2, in a non-league battle.
The Badgers (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Brownwood (Brownwood, TX). The Lions come into the 4A Region 1 District 5 battle with a 6-1 record.
