Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) and the visiting Secaucus Patriots (Secaucus, NJ), saw Red Bank Regional's basketball squad wallop Secaucus by a count of 61-37.
With the victory, Red Bank Regional upgrades its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Bucs host Middletown North (Middletown, NJ) to play the Lions in a Shore A - Central challenge on Monday, January 22. The Lions go into the test with a record of 6-9. Middletown North won 44-34 in their recent non-league test against Toms River East (Toms River, NJ)
The Patriots now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Arlington for a North Jersey - Meadowlands B test on Tuesday, January 23. Secaucus will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 51-38 non-league win over Ferris (Jersey City, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 8-8.
