In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Concord-Carlisle Patriots basketball team scored a good 55-41 triumph over the Archbishop Williams Bishops.
The Patriots (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Newton South (Newton, MA). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Newton South was topped by Boston Latin (Boston, MA), 60-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bishops battle the Arlington Catholic Cougars (Arlington, MA) in a Catholic Central - Large contest, on Friday, January 24. Archbishop Williams will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.
