Next, the Chieftains encounter the Palmyra Panthers (Palmyra, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 24. Yutan will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 4-10 record after their 65-61 non-league win over Conestoga (Murray, NE).

The Bluejays (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Ralston (Ralston, NE). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 5-8 record.
