The Weaver Beavers (Hartford, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Civic Leadership Eagles (Enfield, CT), 77-52 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Beavers now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Classical Magnet for a Capitol Region bout on Thursday, January 23. Weaver will play a Gladiators team coming off a 77-40 league win over University (Hartford, CT). The Gladiators record now stands at 6-1.
With the loss, Civic Leadership falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Academy of Science and Innovation (New Britain, CT) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Academy of Science and Innovation won 70-27 in their recent league bout against Achievement First (Hartford, CT)
