Ohio High School Basketball - Eastern succumbs to Point Pleasant

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) basketball squad defeated the host Eastern Eagles (Reedsville, OH), by a final score of 76-66.

Next, the Big Blacks clash with the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 25. Point Pleasant will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Blue Devils come into the test with a 4-11 record after their 53-41 league loss to Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH).

The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Trimble (Glouster, OH). The Tomcats come into the Tri-Valley II test with a 2-10 record.
