The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) and the visiting Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ), observed Northern Highlands's basketball team overwhelm Fair Lawn by a score of 66-41.

The Highlanders (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ). The Comets come into the Big North - National challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Hackensack was routed by Bergen Catholic (Oradell, NJ), 75-49, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cutters encounter the Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Fair Lawn will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Maroons come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 67-24 non-league win over Paramus (Paramus, NJ).
