The Harding County Ranchers basketball squad (Buffalo, SD), lost 58-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Lemmon Cowboys (Lemmon, SD)

With the victory, Lemmon advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Cowboys host Faith (Faith, SD) to meet the Longhorns in a B Region 8 battle on Friday, January 24. The Longhorns enter the battle with a record of 4-5. Faith won 54-36 in their recent non-league battle against Edgemont (Edgemont, SD)

The Ranchers now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timber Lake for a non-league battle on Friday, January 24. Harding County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 58-48 non-league loss to Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Panthers record now stands at 7-4.
