In Tuesday's non-league test, the Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD) basketball squad trounced the visiting Jones County Coyotes (Murdo, SD), by a score of 60-18.
Next, the Buffalos encounter the Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers (Gettysburg, SD) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 24. Stanley County will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record. The Battlers come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 60-44 league win over Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD).
The Coyotes (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Kadoka (Kadoka, SD). The Kougars come into the B Region 7 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Kadoka was routed by Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD), 60-52, in a non-league test.
