The Nicholas County Bluejackets basketball team scored 86 points and limited the visiting Menifee County Wildcats to 71 in the Bluejackets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bluejackets now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Bluegrass United for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Nicholas County will confront a Bluehawks team coming off a 73-65 non-league win over Western Hills (Frankfort, KY). The Bluehawks record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Menifee County falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Raceland (Raceland, KY) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Rams go into the game with a record of 11-4. Raceland lost 66-37 in their recent non-league game against Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH)
