The Nazareth Academy Roadrunners basketball squad (LaGrange Park, IL), lost 50-38 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Proviso East Pirates (Maywood, IL)
With the victory, Proviso East advances its record to 13-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Leyden (Franklin Park, IL) to meet the Eagles in a West Suburban - Gold battle on Friday, January 24. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 7-13. Leyden lost 77-74 in their recent league battle against Addison Trail (Addison, IL)
The Roadrunners now own a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Joliet Catholic for a East Suburban Catholic battle on Friday, January 31.
