Next, the Hillbillies clash with the Barringer Blue Bears (Newark, NJ) in a Super Essex - Independence outing, on Thursday, January 23. Verona will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Blue Bears come into the outing with a 2-8 record after their 61-26 non-league loss to West Orange (West Orange, NJ).
