In Tuesday's non-league test, the Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad trounced the visiting Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM), by a score of 60-38.
Next, the Sundevils encounter the East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM) in a 3A District 5 test, on Friday, January 24. Sandia Prep will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Timberwolves come into the test with a 12-6 record after their 62-44 league loss to Bosque (Albuquerque, NM).
The Warriors (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Tularosa (Tularosa, NM). The Wildcats come into the non-league test with a 13-4 record. In their last test, Tularosa bounced Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM), 81-43, in a non-league test.
