In Tuesday's league test, the St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) basketball squad defeated the visiting Sutherlin Bulldogs (Sutherlin, OR), by a final score of 73-56.

Next, the Crusaders clash with the Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) in a 3A Southern Oregon test, on Friday, January 24. St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Challengers come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 66-55 non-league win over Bonanza (Bonanza, OR).

The Bulldogs (9-6) will now prepare for their test against South Umpqua (Myrtle Creek, OR). The Lancers come into the 3A Far West test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, South Umpqua overcame Glide (Glide, OR), 52-39, in a league test.
