The Woodside Wildcats basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Summit Shasta Black Bears to 29 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Menlo School for a non-league game on Monday, January 27.

With the loss, Summit Shasta falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Black bears travel to More (San Jose, CA) to confront the Knights in a game on Thursday, January 23. The Knights go into the game with a record of 0-1. More lost 60-30 in their recent non-league game against Leland (San Jose, CA)
