In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Adrian Blackhawks basketball team scored a close 49-45 triumph over the Lone Jack Mules.
The Blackhawks (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Clinton (Clinton, MO). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Clinton was tipped by Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO), 59-53, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mules battle the Sweet Springs/Malta Bend (Sweet Springs, MO) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Lone Jack will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record.
