The North Webster Knights basketball squad (Springhill, LA), was crushed 53-15 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Bastrop Rams (Bastrop, LA)
With the victory, Bastrop advances its record to 15-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Carroll (Monroe, LA) to meet the Bulldogs in a 3A District 1 battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 8-12.
The Knights now own a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Haynesville for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 23. North Webster will meet a Golden Tornado squad coming off a 61-30 non-league loss to Bossier (Bossier City, LA). The Golden Tornado record now stands at 2-10.
