Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Beaver bested by Canon-McMillan

Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA), 47-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Canon-McMillan advances its record to 9-6 on the year. The Big Macs host Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA) to face the Panthers in a WPIAL 6A 2 match on Friday, January 24. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 11-3. Upper St. Clair lost 59-47 in their recent non-league match against Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA)

The Bobcats now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ambridge for a WPIAL 4A 2 match on Thursday, January 23. Beaver will face a Bridgers squad coming off a 67-14 league loss to Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA). The Bridgers record now stands at 2-8.
