The Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) basketball toppled the host Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD), 66-57 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick for a Central Maryland bout on Friday, January 24. Linganore will play a Cadets team coming off a 57-19 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, MD). The Cadets record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Catoctin falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD) to play the Blazers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 3-7. Clear Spring lost 36-33 in their recent non-league bout against North Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD)
