The Churchill County Greenwave bounced the host Sage Ridge Scorpions basketball squad by a final score of 55-22 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Greenwave clash with the Elko Indians (Elko, NV) in a 3A Northern - East outing, on Friday, January 24. Churchill County will attempt to upgrade on its 15-6 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 38-35 league win over Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV).

The Scorpions (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage (Yerington, NV). The Rams come into the 1A West outing with a 0-12 record. In their last outing, Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage was overwhelmed by Smith Valley (Smith, NV), 49-10, in a league outing.
