Missouri High School Basketball - Duchesne nips Winfield

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Duchesne Pioneers basketball team scored a close 34-29 triumph over the Winfield Warriors.
The Pioneers (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO). The Cavaliers go into the AAA contest with a 3-2 record.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Holt Indians (Wentzville, MO) in a Gateway - North contest, on Friday, January 24. Winfield will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.
