Illinois High School Basketball - Wheaton North nips Glenbard West

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Wheaton North Falcons basketball team scored a close 39-37 triumph over the Glenbard West Hilltoppers.
The Falcons (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars go into the DuKane contest with a 19-4 record. In their last contest, St. Charles North edged Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL), 43-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers encounter the Downers Grove South Mustangs (Downers Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 23. Glenbard West will attempt to improve on its 14-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 48-18 non-league win over Maine West (Des Plaines, IL).
