Connecticut High School Basketball - Holy Cross overwhelms Wilby

The Holy Cross Crusaders basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Wilby Wildcats to 32 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Crusaders now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. Holy Cross will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 62-50 non-league win over Crosby (Waterbury, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Wilby falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Watertown (Watertown, CT) to confront the Indians in a Naugatuck Valley - 2 game on Friday, January 24.
