The Irrigon Knights basketball squad (Irrigon, OR), was outscored 46-35 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Pilot Rock Rockets (Pilot Rock, OR)
With the victory, Pilot Rock advances its record to 5-11 on the year. The Rockets host Imbler (Imbler, OR) to meet the Panthers in a 1A Old Oregon battle on Thursday, January 23. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 11-4. Imbler won 65-16 in their recent league battle against Griswold (Helix, OR)
The Knights now own a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grant Union for a 2A Blue Mountain battle on Friday, January 24. Irrigon will meet a Prospectors squad coming off a 62-42 non-league loss to Powder Valley (North Powder, OR). The Prospectors record now stands at 7-12.
