The Pleasant Plains Cardinals basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Pawnee/Calvary/Lutheran to 21 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 23. Pleasant Plains will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 55-39 non-league win over Athens (Athens, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 13-8.

The (15-8) will now prepare for their outing against New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly (New Berlin, IL). The Vipers come into the MSM outing with a 15-8 record.
