The Huss Huskies basketball team scored 27 points and limited the host Ashbrook Greenwave to 25 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Huskies now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Forestview for a non-league game on Friday, January 24. Huss will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 37-18 non-league loss to Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Ashbrook falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Greenwave host South Point (Belmont, NC) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Red Raiders go into the game with a record of 8-0. South Point won 50-39 in their recent non-league game against Huss (Gastonia, NC)
