In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Bardstown Tigers basketball team scored a close 35-33 win over the Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Nelson County (Bardstown, KY). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Nelson County edged Meade County (Brandenburg, KY), 43-42, in a non-league contest.
