Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) and the visiting Wakefield Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA), saw Flint Hill's basketball squad wallop Wakefield by a count of 98-51.

With the victory, Flint Hill upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Huskies host St. James (Hagerstown, MD) to play the Saints in a Mid-Atlantic challenge on Tuesday, January 25. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 1-10. St. James lost 73-41 in their recent league challenge against Maret (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Fighting Owls play the Trinity Christian Gryphons (Fairfax, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. Wakefield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 94-65 non-league loss to Veritas Collegiate Academy (Chesapeake, VA).
