In Sunday's league outing, the Devon Prep Tide (Devon, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA), by a margin of 61-32.

The Tide (10-6) will now prepare for their outing against IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL). The Ascenders go into the non-league outing with a 14-4 record. In their last outing, IMG Academy smashed Riviera Prep (Miami, FL), 56-52, in a non-league outing.

The Explorers now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Father Judge for a Philadelphia Catholic outing on Friday, January 27. La Salle College will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 69-54 league loss to Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-7.
