With the victory, 1 of 1 Academy upgrades its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The travel to TPLS Christian Academy (Richmond, VA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, January 27. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 6-13. TPLS Christian Academy lost 53-44 in their recent non-league bout against Winston-Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Tigers play the Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) in a AAA Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Southside will attempt to upgrade on its 18-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 7-12 record after their 44-43 league loss to Powdersville (Greenville, SC).
