In Monday's non-league outing, the B O L D Warriors (Olivia, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Yellow Medicine East Sting (Granite Falls, MN), by a count of 71-39.
The Warriors (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Mustangs go into the A Section 2 outing with a 1-14 record. In their last outing, Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart was crushed by Mayer Lutheran (Mayer, MN), 87-77, in a league outing.
The Sting now hold a 1-13 record. They play next when they travel to Central Minnesota Christian for a A Section 3 outing on Thursday, January 25. Yellow Medicine East will clash with a Bluejays squad coming off a 62-52 league win over Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN). The Bluejays record now stands at 9-5.
