The Glenville-Emmons Wolverines basketball team (Glenville, MN), was toppled 71-58 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Cleveland Clippers (Cleveland, MN)
The Clippers now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alden-Conger for a A Section 2 battle on Tuesday, January 23. Cleveland will confront a Knights team coming off a 61-48 league win over United South Central (Wells, MN). The Knights record now stands at 8-9.
The Wolverines (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Houston (Houston, MN). The Hurricanes come into the A Section 1 battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Houston was toppled by Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN), 65-63, in a league battle.
