Mather Rangers (Chicago, IL) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their basketball team get by the host Francis W. Parker Colonels (Chicago, IL), 64-58 in a non-league battle.

The Rangers now possess a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a Chicago Public - White North battle on Tuesday, January 23. Mather will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 62-60 non-league loss to Latin (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-10.

The Colonels (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL). The Hilltoppers come into the Independent School battle with a 9-11 record.
