The Jeffers Jets (Painesdale, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI), 71-36 in Monday's non-league test.
The Jets (12-1) will now prepare for their test against Houghton (Houghton, MI). The Gremlins go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Houghton walloped Wright (Ironwood, MI), 81-45, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 3-8 record. They play next when they host West Iron County for a Western Peninsula test on Tuesday, January 23.
