Saratoga Springs Blue Streaks (Saratoga Springs, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY), 77-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Saratoga Springs upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Blue Streaks host Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY) to play the Scotties in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Scotties go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Ballston Spa lost 82-68 in their recent league bout against Schenectady (Schenectady, NY)

Next up, the Flying Horses play the Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue bout, on Thursday, January 25. Troy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 59-54 league win over Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY).
