Arthur Hill Lumberjacks (Saginaw, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Nouvel Catholic Central Panthers (Saginaw, MI), 73-13 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Arthur Hill upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Bay City Western (Auburn, MI) to play the Warriors in a Saginaw Valley bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 5-5. Bay City Western lost 47-27 in their recent league bout against Heritage (Saginaw, MI)

Next up, the Panthers play the St. Louis Sharks (St. Louis, MI) in a Tri-Valley - West II bout, on Friday, January 26. Nouvel Catholic Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Sharks come into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 62-20 non-league win over Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI).
