Ohio High School Basketball - Waynesfield-Goshen knocked off by Botkins

The Botkins Trojans basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Waynesfield-Goshen Tigers to 52 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.
The Trojans now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairlawn for a Shelby County contest on Thursday, January 25. Botkins will meet a Jets team coming off a 53-33 league loss to Anna (Anna, OH). The Jets record now stands at 2-15.
The Tigers (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Marion, OH). The Comets enter the Northwest Central contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Elgin was defeated by Ridgedale (Morral, OH), 52-50, in a league contest.
